Update Your own site with CMS

Content Management Systems -CMS

This could save you $1000's in Web updating costs !!!!

.....saving you a whole lot in on going costs!

In the good old days when a business paid for a website, they handed over their money to a Web Developer who produced a site with content to your specifications. From that moment on every time a change was required like price changes additional products added , new staff profiles or even updated news information, the Developer was called in again for an hourly charge to input this new information.
And so the cost escalated and sites were continually out of date due to holding off until the next time we call in the "web man" .

Today we "PUT YOU IN CHARGE" with CMS
or Content Management Systems.

DO YOU WANT RESULTS?

In recent weeks I have been coming across more and more sites that seem well constructed sites in general BUT drag their feet in ROI (return on investment) and sales income for the site owners. To get your company in front of your potential market is more important now than ever to achieve market share in a market that has retrenched as it were.

Should I sell On-line?
By: Greg Round, Sunday 23 January 2011
Is On-line selling really worth it?

Many of us using the traditional business model of Shop ,stock and open our doors for business are asking
"Should I sell on-line" is it really worth it?
With the world-wide "slow" down in retail-shop spending, many of these retailers may be wishing they ONLY had an online shop.
Is this on-line form of selling all it is cut up to be?

Google Site Page Ranking
By: Greg Round, Wednesday 3 November 2010
There are many criteria that Google uses to determine where your site sits in the overall importance of search rankings and therefore where it appears in a search of your particular industry.

These various search ranking criteria are designed to provide end-users with helpful, accurate search results.
These are explained in more detail at http://www.google.com/corporate/tech.html.

To maintain a Google friendly website takes a little effort but will be rewarded with a better search page result when potential clients are searching for you or your products/services.
You can improve the rank of your site by increasing the number of high-quality sites that link to your pages, such as suppliers or related businesses in your industry or region that can logically be associated with your site.

A good place to start in calculating how well you perform is to search for yourself in your category and or industry do a search on this "Page Rank Checker Tool"

Check Page Rank of your Web site pages instantly:

This page rank checking tool is powered by Page Rank Checker service

The PR rating is based on a ranking from 0 - 10 (Zero bing a new website to the Internet with no inbound links and no history, through to a PR10 for Google themselves and the likes of cnn.com). more

Starting New Websites
By: Greg Round, Wednesday 29 July 2009
When to Invest in a new site??
To many, starting a website when business trading is slow, would seem like a risk for future potential gains....and they would be right!

It is a balance between "tightening the belt" and "marketing for growth" - even with a website investment.

When is the best time to start a new website?
- the sooner the better !

Search engines like Google tend to place all "unranked" new websites in a "sand pit" - "on-hold", for about 6 months

Twitter/Face book and your business.......

Any new avenues to draw potential customers to your Website must be good news
- if it is free EVEN BETTER!

Most of us in the business world would probably shy away from the Social networking sites such as Face Book or Twitter because of all the media hype harping on about the negative situations that can happen with those types of open forums.
However, have you ever thought that all of those Twitterers and Face Bookers are still all potential customers more

Financial Bigger Picture
By: Greg Round, Sunday 7 June 2009
Thinking about the bigger picture!
I recently attended a seminar by Robert Kiyosaki who is the Aurthur of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".

Robert has many theories on the world from a proven financial "street wise" success story angle.
These seminars are inspiring even if you choose not to get hung up on the hype of a marketing promotion for various training companies who support the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" road show.
Many of which have some very good ideas also, but Robert Kiyosaki was my main draw card for attendance.

"financial street wise success story"
These views shared by Robert and his team would make the best of us sit up and think on a whole new level about our financial life plan and a common sense approach to things like investments and savings. more

Testimonial.....
I contacted Greg because a company I had worked for had used this company in the past and found the initial discussions for website possibilities clear and descriptive.
The quotation process ,detail was clearly stated and quickly delivered as well as easy to understand.
After a few weeks ,I now am able to do some changes using the Kwik-Az updating (CMS) system but anybody with a little knowledge on computers , would be able to do the whole lot in a very short time frame, making a saving on ongoing website update costs.

The phone support was very helpful ,Greg went out of his way to provide any service we needed and modified a few things to make our building of the web site a lot easier.
The finished site definitely meets all our requirements and our customers have made comments that it is neat, precise and very easy to navigate.

I have already had a couple of customers ask me the price and how long did it take to put together, they have been very surprised of the well priced system and hours inputed.
